For UK Orders of In Stock items please allow for 2-3 working days.
International Orders of in stock items may take up to 14 working days, however we always aim to deliver within 7 working days.
*Bespoke and custom delivery times will be discussed upon order.

We will refund items within 7 working days of your order being shipped, providing it is returned in its original packaging with no signs of use or misuse. Packaging must also be in the condition sold.

Customised & personalised watches void original manufacturers warranty. Each piece comes with a 2 year Private Label warranty.
All custom warranties are the sole responsibility of Private Label London Dubai.
WHAT DOES THE 2 YEAR PRIVATE LABEL WARRANTY COVER?
The Private Label 2 year warranty covers accuracy of timekeeping of the watch mechanism only.
Excessive wear and tear, physical/accidental abuse or damage inflicted due to wear beyond the watch manufacturers water resistance guidelines are not covered under this warranty.
The addition of any customisation such as engraving or altering in any way will void the warranty.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
In the instance of an item being faulty we will always endeavour to provide a full repair or replacement free of charge inspection permitting.
The warranty does not cover theft, loss, water damage, or accidental damage.
